maxit ip 55 therm is a non-combustible (A1), easy-to-apply, mineral plaster/render for internal/ external insulation; it is made from cement, graded sand, hollow glass microspheres, and admixtures to improve workability (T, CS II, WC 1 according to DIN EN 998-1). Additional system components: bonding layer, insulating render/plaster, reinforcement layer and top coat. Lightweight, extremely flexible thermal insulation plaster/render for use on all standard, load-bearing substrates. As additional insulation for thermally insulating masonry, e.g. lightweight vertically perforated masonry units, lightweight concrete or aerated concrete; also for current building stock. For producing completely joint-free insulation layers that adapt well to all substrate geometries. It can also be used as interior insulation. maxit ip 55 therm is not suitable for plinth areas.
