For nine years now, the callway publishing house, which owns the leading magazine titles "BAUMEISTER" (architects) and "Mappe" (painters' trade), has presented the annual "Häuser des Jahres" award together with its partners. A high-calibre jury (including, for example, Mr. Jochen Dietrich, editorial director of n-tv news television, Peter Cachola Schmal, director of the Deutsches Architekturmuseum, or Nicola Borgmann, director of the Architekturgalerie München) selects the 50 best single-family houses from around 200 entries. Among others, solid houses, wooden houses, villas and low-cost buildings, small houses and energy-efficient solutions are considered. The accompanying yearbook has become an indispensable source of information for everyone who wants to be informed and inspired about current house building trends.
For the first time, the companies of the industry that make a no less important contribution to home decor with their products have now been awarded the prize "Das beste Produkt" (Best Product). The award-winning products are presented exclusively in the high-quality illustrated book, presented in a media-effective manner at the award ceremony and also staged accordingly in the media after the award ceremony.
In the exterior wall/façade category, maxit eco 72 Sprayable Exterior Insulation was awarded "Das beste Produkt 2019" and the corresponding seal on 25 September 2019.
This once again underlines the esteem in which the product, with its degree of innovation, is held, also by leading architects and the accompanying media.
