The high-quality mineral building materials have been successfully approved in the most diverse construction projects for more than 30 years. The protection of the environment is a focal point in the company policy for maxit. We regularly check the optimisation of energy-related services. It is in this way that we would like to continually reduce energy consumption whilst increasing energy efficiency. To achieve these targets we have introduced an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001. We integrate our employees extensively in the implementation and execution of this energy management system.
Individual through generations
In the Franken Maxit Group we do not think quarterly, we think in terms of generations. Characterised as medium-sized, the maxit Group is excited about short paths for decisions and communication. More than 100 employees in field service, construction and architectural consultation are available to our customers at any time for advice. Our customers appreciate the personal contact with their contact partners, from field service employees through to the managing director. It is not rare for maxit to honour employees who have been successfully committed to our customers for 40, 30 or 25 years, both in the office and in the field.
Regional and close to customers
The concentration of our 8 sites in Bavaria, Thuringia, Saxony and Czech Republic play a decisive role in the success of our company. The aim here is to reach our customers in the shortest amount of time and to guarantee a constant supply capability 365 days of the year.
Quality as a basis
Our quality aims are always customer-oriented, which is why we check the effectiveness of our QM systems at regular intervals. The particular strength lies in the high technical level that maxit has established over the last 30 years. The newest technology and computer-controlled mixing plants for dry plaster, dry mortar and screed provide the guarantee for the best product at a consistent quality.
With our quality management we pursue the aim to continually improve the quality of our products and services. We would like to adapt them as best possible to the technical and economical requirements of our customers. We believe that customer satisfaction only occurs through the repeat supply of defect-free and reliable yet reasonably priced products.
