D10 - combines the best cleaning and mixing properties
Thanks to the experience gathered with its tried and tested forbearer, the D10 mixer has been further optimised for the requirements of today’s construction sites. In addition to the processing of classic dry mortar products with a granularity of up to 4 mm, it is also specially developed for fine-grained structure products with a high proportion of synthetics, such as adhesive, bedding and levelling compounds or dry synthetic, silicate or silicone plaster.
The D10-III mixer is the consistent development of our D10 mixer and once again attracts attention for its improved cleaning and mixing properties.
In order to cope with this wide range of products, our patented mixing principle comes into play, which ensures the best possible blending of materials. The D10 mixer is available as a 400V or 230V version. The 230V version has a frequency converter, which ensure the motor is kept under powerful control. In doing so, the D10 can be fed with the standard or the piccolo silo as well as with bagged goods.
In addition to the processing aspect, the D10 also exhibits uniqueness with its cleaning and maintenance properties. The use of PU components in the mixing chamber reduces the effort required for cleaning purposes. In addition, these modern materials increase the service life and eliminate any chance of corrosion.
The clear design of the controls and the conscious avoidance of superfluous switches mean that the system is extremely intuitive. As is typical of m-tec systems, the D10 has a quick and easy to use connection systems that enable important elements, e.g. the mixing chamber or the mixing motor, to be replaced in just a few seconds.
D10 - added benefits
Easy Clean
The use of PU components enables easy cleaning and less caking than with comparable metal components. The result: quick, residue-free cleaning.
Easy Work
Our intelligent machine technology enables uninterrupted operation with constant, consistent mixing quality. The separation of the dry and wet sections enables a constant ratio of dry material to water.
Easy Mix
Our patented mixing system enables an extremely good mixing quality. In conjunction with the large mixing volume, the system guarantees the best-possible blending, even with modern dry mortars.
Easy Use
Well-organised controls, easy dismantling and maintenance, and an intelligent transport solution make the D10 very easy to handle.
Easy Life
A combination of modern materials and our patented mixing system increase the service life and extends maintenance intervals.
