EMP - The evolution of the silo mixing pump!

When used in combination with the m-tec silo, the EMP silo mixing pump enables the rational processing of dry mortars. In addition to offering optimal blending and long conveying distances, the EMP is mainly notable for its easy handling and the clearly reduced cleaning effort required.

The EMP has the m-tec patented mixing system. This new technology guarantees the excellent blending of materials and ensures permanent consistency in the mixing container. Optionally, the EMP silo mixing pump can be equipped with a continuous output control by means of a frequency converter.

Alongside the processing aspect, the EMP also exhibits its uniqueness with its cleaning and maintenance properties. The use of PU components in the mixing container reduces the effort required for cleaning purposes. In addition, these modern materials increase the service life and eliminate any chance of corrosion.

Particular attention was paid to the suitability of the EMP for use on construction sites: The frost-proof water fittings mean that expensive repairs after sudden cold spells are superfluous and the fully galvanised mounting of the mixing area means that there is no chance of corrosion.

The EMP silo mixing pump is available in versions for processing plaster or flooring compounds. For small volumes the EMP can also be fed with bagged materials.

As is typical of all m-tec systems, the duo-mix has easy and quick to use tensioning wedges or swivelling devices that enable important elements such as the worm pump to be replaced in just a few seconds.

EMP - added benefits

Easy Clean
The use of PU components enables easy cleaning and less caking than with comparable metal components. The result: quick, residue-free cleaning.

Easy Work
Our intelligent machine technology allows you to work uninterrupted and without consistency changes. The separation of the dry and wet sections enables a constant ratio of dry material to water.

Easy Mix
Our patented mixing system enables an extremely good mixing quality. When used in conjunction with large mixing volumes, the system guarantees the best-possible mortar products.

Easy Use

The combination of extremely simple operation by means of flow charts and the separate control and device cabinets make the EMP very easy to use.

Scope of delivery*

Silo mixing pump incl. compressor with automatic cut-off and water pump, rotor/stator, spray gun, set of hoses and accessories.

EMP - facts

Areas of application and use

All pumpable dry mortar such as:

  • Gypsum plaster
  • Lime gypsum plaster
  • Cement plaster
  • Lime plaster
  • Lime-cement plaster
  • Masonry mortar
  • Insulating plaster/render
  • Finishing plaster
  • Reinforcing and adhesive mortar
  • Masonry mortar
  • Adhesive
  • High-value products

Our patented mixing principle:

The EMP processes all common dry mortar products up to three millimetres in grain size. The technical highlight of the EMP is the material transfer from the dosing area to the mixing area: the water is not sprayed at the material as in the past, instead dosed according to a patented mixing principle, that sprinkles it into a pool of water and then mixes. The result: the construction materials are blended even more effectively and the additives take full effect. This all guarantees the first-class processing of the building materials.
