When used in combination with the m-tec silo, the SMP silo mixing pump enables the rational processing of dry mortars. Product and machine as a system from one provider is made available to the processor as ready for operation on the construction site.
For a number of years, the SMP has been captivating with its powerful drive and blending of dry mortars. This is made possible by the m-tec own dual mixing system with two-way blending: two separated mixing zones guarantees a constant mortar consistency, independent of the degree of wear of the worm pump. The result: very good, homogeneous mortar quality even where the products are difficult to mix.
The SMP silo mixing pump is available in versions for processing plaster, refractory materials, flowing screed and adhesives. For small volumes the SMP can also be fed with bagged materials.
As is typical of all m-tec systems, the SMP has easy and quick to use tensioning wedges or swivelling devices that enable important elements, such as the worm pump, to be replaced in just a few seconds.
Our intelligent machine technology allows you to work uninterrupted and without consistency changes. The separation of the dry and wet sections enables a constant ratio of dry material to water.
Our patented mixing system enables an extremely good mixing quality. When used in conjunction with the two-way blending, the system guarantees the best-possible mix of mortar products.
The combination of clearly structured control elements, a foldable mixing zone, drive motors or tensioning wedges result in the simple handling of the SMP silo mixing pump.
