The new M330 plaster machine amalgamates the best mixer and pump technology developed by m-tec from experience of the last 35 years, for example the well-known and patented mixing principle that enables optimal mixing of the material and also ensures a permanent consistency of the material. The clear separation of the dry and wet sections, the constant dosing of dry material into the mixing chamber, the optimised water supply enable uninterrupted work and prevent the readjustment of the water volume, which is required by all other mono systems.
In addition to the application, the M330 also exhibits its uniqueness through its cleaning and maintenance properties. The use of PU components in the mixing chamber, for example, reduces the effort required for cleaning purposes. In addition, these modern materials increase the service life and eliminate any chance of corrosion.
The transparent layout of the controls and the conscious avoidance of superfluous switches make for simple operation for the user. The large wheels mean that the mixer can be easily
transported at any time. In addition, the M330 can also be hoisted by crane to the construction site. If there is no crane available, the M330 can be dismantled into 5 constituent components in just a few steps.
In the M330+ FU version, an in-built frequency converter, which comes as standard, provides the possibility for a continuous output control. Furthermore, the integrated error code display and the automatic phase polarity detection increase user-friendliness.
As is typical of all m-tec systems, the M330 has easy and quick to use tension wedges, enabling important elements such as the worm pump or mixer motor to be replaced in just a few seconds.

Our patented mixing principle:
The M330 processes all common dry mortar products up to three millimetres in grain size. The technical highlight of the M330 is the material transfer from the dosing area to the mixing area: the water is not sprayed at the material as in the past, instead dosed according to a patented mixing principle, that sprinkles it into a pool of water and then mixes. The result: the construction materials are blended even more effectively and the additives take full effect. This all guarantees the first-class processing of the building materials.
The use of PU components enables easy cleaning and less caking than with comparable metal components. The result: quick, residue-free cleaning.
Our intelligent machine technology allows you to work uninterrupted and without consistency changes. The separation of the dry and wet sections enables a constant ratio of dry material to water.
Our patented mixing system enables an extremely good mixing quality. When used in conjunction with large mixing volumes, the system guarantees the best-possible blending.
Together, clearly structured controls, 5-way dismantling, fitting of crane lugs and large wheels make the M300 easy to handle.
A combination of PU components and our patented mixing system increases the service life of the pump in comparison to other systems.
